Leadership Resilience

Structured assessments pave the road to a dependable understanding of 'self' and our potential. Insights champion effective self-management. They enhance social awareness and understanding of how organizations work, and foster knowledge of how to work with and through teams on accomplishing goals. As certified and trained professionals, we administer a wide variety of instruments that provide personalized analysis for individuals and teams. Some of these instruments include:

The Leadership Circle Profile is designed to accelerate leadership effectiveness beyond traditional competency-based approaches. When it comes to developing leaders, training to competencies alone does not work very well. For more rapid and lasting results, it is crucial that organizations help leaders gain deeper insight into their behavior and what's driving it.

The Leadership Circle Profile™ is the only 360° competency assessment that simultaneously provides validated, focused competency feedback while revealing the underlying assumptions that are causing a leader's pattern of strengths and limitations.

Benchmarks is a comprehensive 360° assessment tool for experienced managers that measures 16 competencies critical for success, as well as, five possible career roadblocks. Personal Branding Strategy. Authentic leadership starts with understanding who we are: our values, beliefs, and aspirations. It's the real deal, it's what makes great leaders. Effective personal branding is about embodying our beliefs through our actions and by telling a story that others can relate to.

The personal branding strategy process includes a 360-degree feedback analysis, identifying key leadership attributes and blind spots. Clients fine-tune how to express authenticity in a compelling way, be it in writing or in person. It serves as the foundation of a strong executive presence and the ability to "hold the room" and influence others.

This assessment, developed by the Center for Conflict Dynamics, helps individuals learn what triggers conflict and how they respond to conflict.
