Anne

Anne

Dr. Anne Lueneburger previously had a fifteen-year career with organizations such as Danone and The Boston Consulting Group. Today, together with her team of strategists and coaches, Anne serves clients at organizations worldwide, including McKinsey, The International Finance Corporation, The World Economic Forum, Yale Medical School, and UNICEF. Anne's sweet spot is gutsy, purpose-seeking leaders who are motivated to grow and deliver results. Her approach is strengths focused, as this is where clients feel energized, see the steepest learning curves, and can be on top of their game.

Visiting Professor at INSEAD and Columbia University, Anne is also a founding fellow of Harvard's Institute of Coaching, serves on the HBR Advisory Council and is an active member with the International Positive Psychology Association. Her work has been broadly published, ranging from the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching to Elle Magazine. A connector with a curious mindset, Anne has spent time in thirty-seven countries and done at least two of these: interview live on Chinese state television, catch a wild tuna with her bare hands, and knit a duck.

For the past fifteen years, Anke Thiele has been a trusted partner for clients such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Clif Bar, Google, Kaiser Permanente, and The Gap, among whom her coaching style is valued for its warmth, intuitiveness and goal orientation. Anke's successful executive coaching and leadership development practice has been built on her corporate experiences, be it as Director of Human Resources for Bertelsmann or as Management Consultant for Towers Perrin.

Having worked in ten countries on three continents, Anke holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a Masters in Organizational Psychology from TH Darmstadt/Germany. She is a trained coach through New Ventures West and serves as faculty at UC Berkeley's Center for Executive Education. Anke is also certified in the Enneagram and the Bar-On-EQi Emotional Intelligence assessment. In her personal time, Anke is most likely to hit the trails around San cisco with her husband or play a round of cello with her kids.

Dr. Carol Kauffman knows how to bring out the best in people. She works with people from all walks of life, from front lines to royalty, and brings over 40,000 hours of experience to her coaching clients. Her belief is that senior leaders would not be where they are if they didn't have massive skill sets. With her style of developing high trusting, collaborative relationships, she sees her job as getting client strengths aligned with what has to be done today. Her clients have included C-level leaders at Unilever, AstraZeneca, Egon Zehnder, a Wealth Management Company, Heath Care organizations and Telecommunications. Some of these engagements are short bursts as part of leadership development programs; others are a year or more.

For the past 25 years Carol has taught at Harvard Medical School where she received a $2,000,000 gift to launch the Institute of Coaching and where she started the Annual Coaching in Leadership & Healthcare Conference at Harvard. Carol is also the chief supervisor of Meyler Campbell Ltd, a business coaching program in London. She is Co-Editor in Chief of Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research, and Practice and is the author of the groundbreaking 2009 Harvard Business Review article "What your coach can do for you". Carol's disarming honesty coupled with a good sense of humor create exchanges full of laughter and learning, be it with clients or friends.

Dr. Carolyn Mathews enjoys working with leaders who want to explore "what's next." As a positive psychology coach, she urges people to "transition with vision," by using their personal strengths, talents and skills, while addressing weaknesses. Her clientele ranges from high potentials through to seasoned leaders who deal with the challenges of professional and personal transition, conflict behavior management, and communication.

With a career spanning over 20 years in communications and marketing with firms such as Subaru, Rover and Merrill Lynch, Carolyn appreciates the nature of working in a complex business environment. Through her study of psychology and her coaching practice, Carolyn recognizes we all want to thrive. A board certified coach, she also is a certified practitioner of the Conflict Dynamics Profile, the Center for Creative Leadership's 360-degree feedback instruments, and the Retirement Success Profile.

Claudia Danser is an impactful Executive Coach and independent strategic thinking partner. She works with talented leaders and organisations to enable them to perform at their best and achieve greater professional happiness, results and success.

Previously, Claudia enjoyed a sixteen-year career in television. She held senior commercial roles at BBC Worldwide, Warner Bros and Shine Group, where she was Managing Director of Shine Network and on the group's global Creative Board.

She's been there. She knows what makes people and businesses tick. And what it takes for leaders to succeed.

Today she coaches senior executives and entrepreneurs, mostly in the media, law, social enterprise and tech space. Corporate clients include NBC Universal, Conde Nast, The Prince's Trust, top global law firms and dynamic start ups. Born in London, Claudia graduated from Cambridge University with an MA in Modern Languages, living the high life in Paris and Barcelona before taking on international roles and travelling to 50 countries. Her love of travel is matched only by her love of learning. Highlights include studying Authentic Leadership at Harvard Business School and learning to fly trapeze in Regents Park. She loves laughing loudly too.

David

David

David Noble, strategist and leadership advisor, supports the personal growth of senior executives and helps leaders and their teams align strategy, risk and execution. Known for long-term relationships, David partners with clients to rapidly assess and address their most pressing issues. During his 30 year corporate career David was managing partner at Oliver Wyman, global leader of AT Kearney's financial services group, managing director at Morgan Stanley as well as senior vice president at Royal Bank of Canada.

His clients value his operating and strategic experiences in financial services, as well as his leadership advisory insights across multiple industry verticals developed over the past several years at Egon Zehnder. David has experienced it all: growth environments, turnarounds, and start-ups around the world with their attendant successes and setbacks. Through this varied set of challenges, David found personal meaning in encouraging and developing the great people he connected with in addition to celebrating wins about successful transactions.

David earned a master's degree in international management from McGill University, a master's degree in economics from Queen's University and a bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia.

A broad thinker with a growth mindset, you might find Elizabeth McCourt supporting a C-suite client on his leadership challenges or giving a Ted talk sharing her thoughts on the power of vulnerability and openness. After a successful career as a professional recruiter and trial lawyer, Elizabeth today uses her refreshingly positive and creative style to help clients be on top of their game. Clients have included Wells Fargo, UBS, Ameriprise, Stifel Nicholas, MC2, and Silicon Valley start-ups such as Square. Committed to the support of not-for-profits, Elizabeth also coaches with the World Economic Forum and the Humanitarian Leadership Program.

She is a member of INSEAD’s coaching faculty and a regular contributor to Coaching Colloquia at ESMT Business School and Harvard’s Institute of Coaching. In addition to a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and a MFA from SUNY Stony Brook, she has a JD from Loyola University. Certified as a CPCC through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), she is also certified by the ICF, the AoEC of London for Systemic Team Coaching and is a trained Hogan Facilitator.

Passionate about writing Elizabeth has shared her insights in publications such as the Huffington Post or the Philosophy of Coaching: An International Journal. And despite the day having only 24 hours, she has now also joined the ranks of fiction authors with her novel Sin in the Big Easy, Post Hill Press, 2018.

Jean Claude

Jean Claude

Jean Claude Noel is an experienced executive coach and consultant who, during his global career in the corporate world, has served on the Board of Hilton International, was on the Management Board of TNT as Senior Vice President International as well as Corporate Vice President M&A for TNT Post Group and Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Christie's International. With a dual United States and French citizenship Jean Claude has lived on three continents and brings his deep understanding of cross-cultural environments to his coaching practice.

In addition to coaching senior leaders, Jean Claude has a particular interest for entrepreneurs and family business. He serves as Adjunct Clinical Professor and Coaching Practice Director at INSEAD's Global Leadership Center and is part of the Global Leadership Fellows Program of the World Economic Forum. He holds a Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and HEC. As part of his commitment to the community, he works with cancer patients as a volunteer at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.

Jennifer Glueck Bezoza is an executive coach and an organizational development consultant who has worked across a variety of for profit and non-for-profit organizations, including General Electric, Towers Perrin, Visiting Nurse Service of New York and the Broad Foundation. Jennifer works with senior leaders in designing and facilitating leadership development programs, creating talent management strategies and programs, and coaching leaders in leveraging their strengths, and being more personally effective, productive and fulfilled.

Jennifer holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA with honors in Humanities and Psychology from Stanford University. Jennifer is certified in Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 feedback instruments, as well as MBTI and FIRO-B. Jennifer completed coaching coursework at New York University. She is also a regular contributor to the web site, Office Politics.

Raised around the globe as a daughter of a diplomate, Karen Ericksen has over twenty five years business experience in corporate environments and professional services. Karen presently works with emerging and senior leaders in a number of Fortune 100 companies to facilitate leadership programs and coaching to multi-cultural groups around the world.

Prior to her leadership development and coaching practice, Karen consulted to various small technology businesses on marketing strategy. Her corporate career began when she fell in love with the Macintosh computer. She joined Apple Computer where she was a senior marketing manager at Cupertino's corporate headquarters and later overseas at Apple Australia.

Karen received her MBA from Stanford University and her BA in Economics from Williams College. She is certified in coactive coaching with the Coach Training Institute and in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI). An outdoor enthusiast, she can often be found hiking and skiing in the Colorado mountains to maintain a big picture perspective.

Kari Erickson is an experienced coach and leadership consultant, having spent all of her 20 years of professional experience in human capital development. Well known for her drive, honesty and sense of humor, Kari's career began in financial services at American Express Financial Advisors.

As the Director of Professional Education and Leadership Development at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, Kari was responsible for the firm's professional and leadership development, including Partner development. Following this, Kari led some of PwC's key development initiatives including a leadership program she developed which won Training Magazine's 2014 Top Hall of Fame Outstanding Training Initiative.

Running her own coaching and advisory practice, Kari coaches emerging and senior leaders in the US, UK, and Europe for organizations such as Exxon-Mobile, University of North Carolina, and PwC. Kari has a BA in Art History from St. Olaf College and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with The Coaches Training Institute and an active member of the International Coach Federation.

Living with her young twins and British husband just outside of London, she is a Norwegian-American from Minnesota and frequently laughs that she's somehow ended up living in a quaint English movie set that is actually real.

Kate Lanz specializes in consulting and coaching at senior levels including the Board, following a successful international corporate career, notably as an International General Manager with Diageo. As senior advisor and executive coach, Kate's clients include AXA insurance, Disney, IKEA, Morgan Stanley, and Pfizer. Over many years she has worked with international business leaders at INSEAD in Singapore, Abu Dhabi and joint programs with Wharton and Tsinghua University in Beijing. Kate's clients enjoy her mix of competence and British sense of humor.

Kate has a degree in modern languages, post graduate in international commerce, an MBA and a BSc. in psychology. She is also a qualified coaching supervisor and was invited to join the panel of 50 coaches worldwide as a founder member of the World Wide Association of Business Coaches. Kate has been actively researching applied neuroscience in organizations for the last five years and is engaged in some very exciting pioneering work together with her client companies. She is currently completing a doctorate in applied neuroscience in organizations. In her spare time you will find her escape to a farm in Bedfordshire, riding her horse, an all white stallion and former race champion.

Dr. Mark Horney has two decades of diverse business expereince, including roles in the investment banking, media, and non-profit sectors with firms such as Morgan Stanley and A&E Television Networks. He brings an integrative approach to executive and career coaching that utilizes his psychology and career development training to help leaders leverage their strengths in order to achieve goals.

Mark earned his MBA and executive coaching certificate from Columbia University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from The City University of New York. He coaches emerging leaders in the executive MBA programs at Columbia Business School and enjoys working with executives taking on increased leadership roles in their organizations.

Nell

Nell

Nell's interest in the human elements of organization grew from her ten-year career in investment banking. Nell joined Goldman Sachs's Equity Division where she worked as an institutional equity sales trader both in the London and New York offices. She returned to the UK in 2001, as Managing Director and member of the Board of Investec Securities UK. At Investec, as part of Organizational Development, Nell began work as an internal coach. Inspired by the experience, she left banking in 2004 to train as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist at The Bowlby Centre in London.

In her successful coaching practice she works across Europe and the African continent with organizations such as Barclays Bank, Expedia, Danone, and Freshfields LLP and the international tech industry. Her blend of business acumen, deep coaching experience and practice as a psychologist offer her clients a unique platform to catapult their leadership potential to the next level.

Founding member of the Women's network in London, Nell graduated from Cambridge with a double first in Social and Political Science. Nell also has a keen interest in entrepreneurship. She has founded, run and sold two successful businesses including an award-winning pork pie company.

Renita Kalhorn is a Juillard-trained concert pianist with a first-degree martial arts black belt and an MBA from INSEAD. She helps entrepreneurs, executives and sales professionals step up their game.

Individuals and companies hire her to help them: a) reach higher levels of productivity and engagement b) achieve relentless focus on high-ROI activities and c) implement systems that lock in desired behaviors and mindsets.

She has delivered leadership and development training in the U.S. and Asia for Fortune 500 clients such as Deutsche Bank, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Time Warner, and provides mental toughness coaching for the Navy SEAL RDAC program.

Previously, Renita logged 15 years of general management experience, working closely with executives and entrepreneurs across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, not-for-profit and technology. She also lived and worked in Europe and Japan for nearly a decade, and is fluent in Japanese.

Known to foster deep and rich relationships, Robyn McLeod helps clients drive insight and motivation for change. An action-taking phenomenon, Robyn turns strategy into results in short order. After a 19-year run in the corporate world, finishing as a General Manager for Verizon, today clients such as the ACLU, Conde Nast, Lifetime Television, and Quest Diagnostics benefit from her unique blend of real world leadership experience and coaching savvy.

Robyn received an MBA from Columbia University, co-founded Consulting Group, and is a published author ("The Power of Thoughtful Leadership: 101 Minutes to Being the Leader You Want to Be."). She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Clark Wilson Task Cycle multi-rater assessment, Hogan Leadership Challenge, the Time Mastery Profile, and the DiSC behavioral styles profile. Passionate about mixing things up, you might find Robyn on her 5.30 am morning run with shoulder length dreadlocks one day and a buzz cut the next.

French with South American roots, Véronique Doux is an executive coach who has been advising top management in international leading companies for more than 20 years. Previously, she held country, divisional and group global responsibilities with Fortune 500 players such as Veolia and Lafarge and was a member of the Executive Committee for Rexam. With her in-depth understanding of key corporate issues, her coaching focuses on career transitions and leadership excellence. She facilitates seminars with multi-cultural teams on topics such as leading innovation and performing in matrix organisations.

A leadership coach at INSEAD's Global Leadership Centre, Véronique also is on the faculty at the European School of Management (ESMT) and the Creative Centre for Leadership (CCL). Her extensive client list includes L'Oréal, Sodexo, Novartis, Metro AG, The World Economic Forum (Davos), Crédit Agricole, and Bain & Company.

With a BA and Masters in business and communications from Exeter and Sorbonne University, she is also a graduate in clinical organisational psychology from INSEAD with a Master in Coaching & Consulting for Change.

Véronique's passion is people in general, and 'little' people in particular. In her time off she loves spending time with her toddler Bianca or you might find her writing a short story for children. We would not be surprised if she would soon start writing her first children's book.

A seasoned leader with over 30 years experience, Wolfgang Gattermeyer was a Partner at Accenture and headed up the firm’s Change Management Practice in German-speaking countries. With a passion for entrepreneurship, Wolfgang also served as Co-Owner and Co-CEO of an automotive supplier and supports start-ups as an Angel Investor.

An industrial engineer by training, Wolfgang certified as an executive coach with a Diploma in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from INSEAD in 2005. He strongly believes that if we want to change, we can. With his warm and competent style he offers generous support to his clients, every step of the way. Wolfgang’s business focus combined with his deep understanding of what it takes to optimise performance and offers his clients an important edge. He applies his outcome oriented coaching approach both to organisations, teams and individual leaders.

Work, a beloved wife and four daughters keep Wolfgang happy. That being said, he makes sure to make time to sit down for a monthly round of poker and laughter with friends.
